Plan a Dental Office IT Project in Seattle: Contact Us

Send the form

Tell us about the server move, the new computers or the new office you are planning. The form below reaches ClearMax Labs, and a reply follows by phone or email. You can also write to hello@clearmaxtech.com. There is no online booking; every project starts with the details you send, and the quote is built from them.

Tell us about the project

Practice details only, please. Everything asked for below helps plan the first conversation.

Business contact information only. Do not include patient information.

Calls to this number may be recorded or answered by an automated assistant. Please do not share patient information by phone.

Which details make the first reply useful?

None of those are required. A short note is enough to start, and any missing details get asked for in the reply. If a deadline is close, put the date first in the message so the reply can start with what fits before it, and say who at the practice makes the decision.

Opening or moving to a new office?

Say so, and include the date. ClearMax technicians set up the server, computers, accounts and software for opening day. Cabling, cameras and door hardware are done by your licensed local contractor, and network hardware stays with that contractor too, so it helps to mention whether one has been chosen yet.

It also helps to name the building, for a reason that has nothing to do with computers. Seattle says it has over 1100 unreinforced masonry buildings prone to collapse in earthquakes, tending to sit where the strongest shaking is expected. That can change where a server should sit and how much weight goes on the off-site copy. City Light's outage map also leaves out the underground network areas in downtown Seattle, First Hill and the University District, so an office in one of those areas gets a slightly different power plan. A few words in the message are enough.

Is your software down right now?

This form is for planned work, so it is not the fastest route. If Open Dental has stopped working today and you are not a ClearMax client, please call Open Dental Software's support desk first. They can tell you quickly whether the fault is in the program. If it turns out the server needs replacing, come back to us with what they found, and we will plan that as a project.

What follows your message?

  1. A reply by phone or email, using the details you gave, with any questions needed to build the quote.
  2. A written scope and quote, built from the details you provide. No work starts until you have agreed to it.
  3. If more work is needed, it is brought to your attention and the bid is updated.

How form details are stored is explained on the privacy page, and the kinds of work ClearMax Labs takes on are listed on the about page. Both pages are short.
